Gryngolet is a pretty cottage situated in the peaceful hamlet of Gresham, which is just a short drive to Sheringham. The cottage sleeps 4 and is dog friendly. The gardens really are beautiful and overlook a small meadow, so the bird and wildlife is right on your door step. The unique feature of the cottage is a fabulous artists’s studio at the bottom of the garden. The owners have left lots of art supplies you can use to be inspired. It is also a wonderful space for children to play and get busy. A real escape from technology and a chance to reconnect with nature and creativity.

The interior is just stunning, with a cosy and comfortable sitting room with log burner contrasting with the light and sunny conservatory. The conservatory has a comfortable sofa and chairs to watch the birds, or read a book looking over the gardens. This is a special cottage.

Gryngolet has two bedrooms one with a king sized bed and again beautifully decorated with original artworks and a panelled wall, the other with bunk beds.

The kitchen is well equipped and the house is centrally heated with a Hive thermostat for ease of use.

Gryngolet is the perfect cottage to unwind and recharge your batteries in. The terrace is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy an al fresco meal, or a drink after a day exploring. And in case you were wondering, Gryngolet was the name of Sir Gawain’s horse in the Arthurian legend Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.
